Patient taps physical IC card on NFC reader. NRIC validated in under 1 second against patient database.

Patient details displayed for confirmation. First-time patients complete PDPA 2010 consent form on screen — takes 15 seconds.

Bahasa Malaysia / English menu. Patient selects OPD, specialist, pharmacy, or other department.

Queue Number Issued
Thermal ticket printed. WhatsApp notification sent immediately with queue number and estimated wait time.

NFC tap — NRIC extracted, validated, patient record pulled. No typing required. Works with all MyKad generations.
MyDigital ID (eKYC)
QR code scan for patients using MyDigital ID app. Same seamless check-in flow without physical card.
Bilingual UI
Bahasa Malaysia as default, English selectable. All prompts, menus, and notifications in both languages.
WhatsApp Notification
Queue number sent to patient's phone immediately. Called via WhatsApp when turn is approaching — patient can wait anywhere in the facility.
PDPA 2010 Consent
First-visit consent captured on kiosk touchscreen. Recorded with timestamp. Can be reviewed and withdrawn via admin portal.
Queue Prediction
