Audit Log
An immutable chronological record of all user actions and system events for compliance tracing.
An audit log is an append-only record capturing who did what, when, and from where. In healthcare, audit logs are required by PDPA 2010 (accountability principle), PHFSA 1998 (clinical records), and ISO 27001. MOVO-X audit logs record: user login/logout, patient record access, data modifications, administrative actions, and system errors. Logs are stored in a separate PostgreSQL table with write-only permissions for the application user, and exported to a SIEM for real-time alerting.
