Dual-Screen Kiosk
A kiosk with two displays — one patient-facing for interaction, one staff-facing or advertising.
Dual-screen kiosks feature a primary patient-facing touchscreen and a secondary screen facing staff or visible to the wider lobby. The secondary screen can display advertising, health education content, or a staff confirmation view. In queue management, the rear screen shows the current queue status visible to waiting patients. MOVO-X dual-screen configurations are common in pharmacy counters where the pharmacist needs to see patient data while the patient sees their receipt.
