Queue Display Board
A TV screen or monitor showing real-time token numbers and waiting room status.
A queue display board is a monitor (typically 43–86 inch commercial display) mounted in waiting areas that broadcasts real-time queue status. It shows currently-serving token numbers, upcoming tokens, estimated wait times, and can interleave health education content. MOVO-X display software runs in a browser (no special hardware needed), updates via WebSocket, and supports multi-department split screens. Audio announcements in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, and Tamil accompany each call.
Malaysian Context
KPJ hospitals use MOVO-X display pages at /display/[hospital-slug] — each branch has its own dedicated URL, zero configuration needed per screen.
