Hospital kerajaan (government hospital) includes national tertiary hospitals (Hospital Kuala Lumpur, PPUM, IJN), state hospitals, district hospitals, and community hospitals. There are 131 MOH hospitals with 38,000+ beds. Services are heavily subsidised (RM 5–50 per visit for citizens).
