Hospital swasta (private hospital) refers to privately-owned and operated hospitals in Malaysia. There are approximately 1,370 private hospitals and specialist centres in Malaysia, ranging from large multi-specialty tertiary hospitals (KPJ, IHH, Sunway, Pantai) to smaller specialist centres and day surgery facilities.
