No-Show Prediction
Machine learning models that estimate the likelihood a specific patient will miss their appointment.
No-show prediction uses historical patient behaviour, appointment lead time, appointment type, weather, day-of-week, and demographic signals to score each future appointment with a no-show probability. High-risk patients receive additional reminder touchpoints. Double-booking slots with predicted no-shows maximises doctor utilisation without increasing actual wait times.
