Triage Level
A categorical urgency rating (P1–P5) assigned to a patient during triage assessment.
Triage levels quantify clinical urgency: P1 (Resuscitation — immediately life-threatening, attend within seconds), P2 (Emergency — potential life threat, see within 15 minutes), P3 (Urgent — significant illness, see within 30 minutes), P4 (Semi-urgent, see within 60 minutes), P5 (Non-urgent, can wait up to 120 minutes). The MOVO-X AI triage module generates a suggested level with supporting rationale, which the triage nurse accepts, modifies, or overrides.
