KCIS (KPJ Clinical Information System) is the HIS deployed across KPJ Healthcare's 27+ Malaysian hospitals. It manages patient records, appointments, clinical notes, pharmacy, billing, and laboratory results. Each hospital is identified by a KCIS hospital code (e.g., KPJD-001 for KPJ Damansara Specialist). MOVO-X integrates with KCIS via HL7 v2.5 ADT messages for patient registration and SIU messages for appointment scheduling. The integration enables kiosk check-in data to instantly appear in the KCIS appointment queue.

KCIS is the largest proprietary HIS in Malaysian private healthcare. All 27 KPJ hospitals use KCIS, making a single MOVO-X-KCIS integration the pathway to 3M+ patients annually.
